I’m glad you're here- let’s heal!

What is a Functional Nutritional Therapist (FNTP)?

A Functional Nutritional Therapist uses real food, lifestyle practices and specific supplementation to help people heal their body. This is done through balancing your bodies foundations (Nutrition, Digestion, Hydration, Blood Sugar Regulation and Fatty Acid/Mineral Balance), addressing underlying root causes to your health issues, and improving overall well-being. I specialize in finding bio-individual solutions to your health struggles because everyones healing journey looks different.

Common Signs and Symptoms an FNTP can support:

  • general inflammation

  • gut issues (leaky gut, bloating, constipation, IBS, SIBO)

  • thyroid dysfunction

  • chronic illness, fatigue, brain fog

  • immune system dysfunction, auto-immune conditions

  • hormonal imbalance (PCOS, endometriosis, painful periods, coming off of birth control)

  • sleep disturbances

  • mood concerns/anxiety/depression

  • skin issues (rosacea, acne, rashes, etc)

  • generally not feeling good without a reason

  • arthritis and joint pain

  • emotional and physical stress

  • and so many more symptoms!

Why work with an FNTP?

To truly heal and tackle health issues, we need to find the WHY behind our health concerns/symptoms and learn how to nourish the body optimally through diet and lifestyle practices. I focus on finding the root cause that will help bring your body back into balance and make health attainable. So many approaches only provide bandaids and temporary solutions. Let’s peel back the layers and get to the “why” behind things. My approach is not a quick fix, it sets you up for long-term healing and health. I want to make a healthy lifestyle attainable and fun!
